The purpose of the category "Graduate" is for the clients to select graduates who had completed their colleges and universities and develops them through the Graduate Development Program (GDP) and offer them either permanent or temporary job shall opportunity arises.

Onboarding of Graduates
As a new graduate, employing organizations need to offer the graduates a structured approach to the development of their competencies and capabilities. This will include the On-the-job learning and development of few assignments to develop skills and competencies, gradually increase their responsibility, learn about the job, and establish personal and professional networks.
Formal training
Training courses need to be provided through Learning and Development Centre; foundation training in their discipline area; courses on leadership and interpersonal effectiveness, Health, Safety, Security and Environment courses; Diversity and Inclusiveness training. Programs are delivered locally and if possible overseas.
Formal personal development
Graduates will need to have discussions at a pre-defined period on their personal development plan and future development training requirements based on identifying gaps and areas where they require more training.
Coaching and Mentoring
A coach need to be assigned, who will support in completing the assigned tasks by providing the graduates with tools, knowledge and opportunities to discover solutions for themselves. A mentor is someone that the graduate can select for himself and who is typically a more experienced colleague or role model.
